Roberto Lepe leaked his camera into this event and brought us an unofficial perspective on this year’s Boadrum set, with Yamantaka Eye + Boredoms performing along with 88 drummers.
Unlike 2007’s 77 Boadrum in New York, this year’s event was hosted simultaneously in LA [leaded by Y. Eye and his band] and Brooklyn [conducted by new yorkers Gang Gang Dance]. The 88 drummers where selected by Eye himself and ex-Lightning Bolt, ex-Black Dice Hisham Bharoocha.
