Video of Ma Yansong [MAD] advertising Fotile, a domestic Chinese kitchen appliance manufacturer. This, amongst his appearance in many tabloids, has made Ma the most recognizable Architecture figure throughout China.
Maybe because of his media appearances, maybe because of his talent; the thing is that Ma Yansong no longer needs competitions: he’s now being feed by governmental commissions in the comfort of his homeland.
Like it or not, this is China’s “best architect”.
